31mm Slide Lock Tube Clasp, Silver or Gold
These slide tube clasps are Lead-Free and Nickel-Free. Available in Silver plate, Gold plate Gunmetal and Antiqued Copper finishes.
These hard to find clasps are perfect for bead embroidery, soutache, micro macrame, loomwork and any specialty projects which require an open wide closure.

Slide bar clasps are a wonderful way to finish off your bracelets, making them super easy to put on and take off. Simply pull from both the top and bottom of the metal bars to slide the clasp open. The long bars on each side of this wide clasp allows for numerous ways to finish off your bead stringing and bead weaving projects.
I use these on peyote stitched bracelets. It gives a very clean and uncluttered look to your finished piece. When your bracelet is complete, stitch an extension about 1/2 inch long, ( test fit the loop of the clasp and taper down if necessary). Insert the extension piece through the loop and fold over. Stitch down to the inside of the bracelet.

I needed some clasps for a class I was teaching so I wrote to the seller asking if she would be able to order more than she had. What followed was a one problem after another. I was told the order would take “up to two weeks” I place an order for the ones she had asking her to hold shipment until she had received the others, and she shipped anyway, stating Etsy required her to do so” (not true) Changed the expected arrival time of the ordered clasped from “up to two weeks” to two – three weeks” Wrote me a rude message when I inquired if she had any news. I hope this is enough to convince others that this seller lacks in customer service and communication skills and beware.
